GNS Report October 6 Chief Education Officer in Rajouri has managed illegal attachments of blue eyed clerks at various zones allegedly to collect commissions of Mid Day meal. Lakhs of rupees are being allegedly digested by the CEO in connivance of his clerks every month. Some teachers of the schools have confirmed collection of commission by the authorities in Rajouri. As per reports, Chief Education Officer has managed attachment of one Head Clerk Nazir Hussain from Zonal Education Office Sunderbani to ZEO Office Peereh. Although there was blanket ban on the attachments, CEO has violated court directions and attached his blue eyed clerks at prime postings in the ZEO offices to collect commission of various government schemes. Sources said that CEO has no authority to transfer or attach a head clerk from one zone to another but CEO has bypassed all government directions to adjust their henchmen.
