An Ideal Teacher

An Ideal Teacher By: Dr. Shakeel Ahmed Raina, The first and foremost factor that is indispensable to become an ideal teacher is qualification and knowledge of the subject. At present there is no dearth of degrees and knowledge with teachers but even then the percentage of Ideal Teachers is very low. What is the reason? Lot of discussion and debates are being conducted formally and informally to answer this question but reply every times remain awaited. In my opinion any teacher who does not love with his profession cannot be an Ideal Teacher. Hence love with the profession and job after qualification and knowledge is a most visible symptom of an Ideal Teacher. An ideal teacher always thinks that he is a nation builder and his profession is the profession of messengers of God. He never does any act which may lead down him and his profession in the society.
