Tahir Mushtaq (TNI) GNS JAMMU, May 20: On his surprise visit to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Minister for Medical Education R S Chib ordered to seize a private ambulance of a social worker S N Dabogatra, this afternoon. According to the sources this social worker works for the benefits of the patients for the last some time and charges less sometime no charges from the patients to take them to their destination on his ambulance. Source disclosed this afternoon, when Chib visited GMC the Dabogatra approached him to informed him about some issues of hospital due to which patients are facing hardships. But instead of listening to his queries, minister asked for his identity.
