The quantum of toil is proportional to the fertility of the brains of the subject. As such the teacher at a basic or primary level has a job at hand and its sincere implementation goes a long way in shaping the virgin brains. This stage fortunately receives incidental favors, like the keen interest of the guardian to see his ward getting the right kind of attention and treatment. The accountability graph acquires its peak at this stage. If all goes well, the student is all set to dream of a flourishing career, as per his tending orientation.  The student consequently slips into a college or a varsity. At this stage, the teacher's role attains significance as the graph of accountability starts dwindling due to a plethora of factors. Gheelani discuss " Indian conspiracy" against US based Kashmiri separatist"

GNS Srinagar, dec   Hurriyat Conference (G) will discuss the Indian conspiracy" against US based Kashmiri separatist leader Dr Ghulam Nabi Fai during a meeting at its Hyderpora office on December 24.  A spokesman of the amalgam said that Hurriyat chairman Syed Ali Shah Geelani will chair the meeting which is likely to be attended by "several scholars, intellectuals, lawyers, journalists and human rights activists. SIT Solved 2009 Budhal Murder Case,

GNS Rajouri , Dec  :By Shafiq Mir  Special investigation team (SIT) constituted on the directions of high court has claimed to have solved murder case of one Karnail Singh son of Inder Singh of village Bela Khawaas in Budhal by arresting seven persons including an ex-police man Barkat Hussain for his direct role of destroying all evidences in the murder. The arrested cop was investigating officer in the case two years ago.  Karnail Singh was found murdered on the road side on September 12, 2009. Besides a village sarpanch Mohd Saleem Khan his brother Sher Khan, three relatives and driver Tilak Raj were also arrested.  Giving details sources said that after recovery of dead body of Karnail Singh mysteriously from road side. police had registered a case with police station Budhal vide FIR NO 62 dated 12/2009. 19 0f 24 AFSPA Cases Against Army Rejected

GNS JAMMU DEC. The Jammu and Kashmir government has in the last five years sought sanction for prosecution against Army personnel in 24 cases under the Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) of which 19 were rejected as no prima facie case was made out against the accused officials, Lok Sabha was informed today.  "24 cases seeking sanction for prosecution under AFSPA have been received from Jammu and Kashmir Home Department during the last five years from 2007 to December 15 this year," Defence Minister AK Antony said in reply to a written question.
