GNS JAMMU JUNE 07 :Ld Principal session judge , jammu granted bail to one shiv sagar in case titled as shiv sagar v/s state u/s 420/467/468/471/201 RPC. The facts of the case are on 25.4.2012, the complainant lodged a written report to the police stating there in that the petitioner has created an embezzlement of Rs. 7.66 lacs by diverting the other pensioner's pension arrears into the fictitious account which he has opened in the name of his wife in PNB, Miran Sahib (fictitiously) .
