اروق اورمحبوبہ مسئلہ کشمیر حل کرنے پر یک زبا

                                                                                                                                                      

سرینگر//نیشنل کانفرنس صدر اور مرکزی وزیر ڈاکٹر فاروق عبداللہ نے مسئلہ کشمیر کو حل کرنے کیلئے زمینی حقائق کاادراک ایک اہم قدم قرار دیا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہاکہ کشمیر کابھارت کا حصہ بننا خود اس کا فیصلہ تھا کیونکہ یہاں کے لوگوں نے گاندھی کی ان تعلیمات کو تسلیم کیا جوانہوں نے متفرق مذاہب وخیالات کے لوگوں کے ساتھ ساتھ رہنے اور اور افہام وتفہیم کے عمل میں ووٹ کا حق دئے جانا شامل ہے۔ ’تنازعات کو عام مقصدبنانے ‘‘کے عنوان کے تحت ہندوستان ٹائمز کے لیڈرشپ کانفرنس سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے این سی صدر نے کہاکہ پاکستان اس بات کو مانتا ہے کہ بھارت کی طرف کے کشمیر حصے کو واپس نہیں لیا جاسکتا ہے اور اسی طرح بھارتی عوام کو بھی یہ بات ماننی چاہئے کہ پاکستان کے زیر قبضہ علاقوں کو واپس نہیں لیا جاسکتا ہے۔ اس موقعے پر پی ڈی پی صدر محبوبہ مفتی نے کہاکہ ریاست جموں وکشمیر کے عوام کا بھارت کے دیگر حصے پر عدم اعتماد کو دور کرنا مسئلہ کشمیر کے حل کیلئے ایک اہم قدم ہوگا۔ انہوں نے کہاکہ بھارت کو اپنے یہاں اسی طرح سیاسی اصلاحات کیلئے اقدامات کرنے چاہئیں جیسے کہ اس نے کئی برس قبل اقتصادی اصلاحات شروع کئے تھے۔ محبوبہ مفتی نے کہا کہ کسی بھی افہام وتفہیم کیلئے اعتماد کی ضرورت ہے اور یہ بات انتہائی ضروری ہے کہ بھارت کشمیر کو ایک مسئلہ کے بطور تسلیم کرے۔ انہوں نے کہاکہ کشمیر کے حوالے سے پالیسی سازی صرف سٹرٹیجک نظریے سے نہیں دیکھی جانی چاہئے، اسکی بجائے کشمیر پالیسی کا محور جمہوریت، آزادی، حقوق وغیرہ کے تناظر میں متعین کیا جانا چاہئے۔ انہوں نے کہاکہ اس لحاظ سے بھارت اور پاکستان کو اپنے باہمی معاملات حل کرنے کیلئے ریاست جموں وکشمیر کے عوام کے حوالے سے بھی اپنی توجہ مبذول کرنا چاہئے۔ انہوں نے تجویز پیش کی کہ ایسے اقدامات کئے جائیں، جس سے امن وامان کو خطرہ درپیش نہ ہو اور اس تعلق سے سلک روٹ کا کھولنا ایک بڑا اقدام ہوسکتا ہے۔ اسی عنوان پر اپنے خیالات کااظہار کرتے ہوئے پاکستان کی عوامی نیشنل پارٹی کے صدر اسفندریاروالی خان نے کہاکہ سیاسی پارٹیوں کی بدلتی سیاسی نظریات کا رُخ مسئلہ کشمیر کے حل کی طرف موڑا جانا چاہئے ۔انہوں نے کہاکہ مضبوط سیاسی ارادہ اس مقصد کیلئے ضروری ہے
