Rather chairs 5th meeting of CSC on Justice Sagheer Working Group-V

GNS JAMMU, FEB 17 : The Cabinet Sub-Committee to deliberate upon the constitutional legal and political ramifications of the recommendations of Justice Sagheer led working group on Centre-State relations held its 5th meeting here today under the chairmanship of the Minister for Finance and Ladakh Affairs, Mr. Abdul Rahim Rather. 
The Minister for Rural Development, Mr. Ali Mohammad Sagar, Minister for Industries and Commerce, Mr. S. S. Salathia, Minister for PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control, Mr. Taj Mohi-ud-Din, Minister for Tourism, Mr. Rigzin Jora, Minister for Health, Mr. Sham Lal Sharma, Minister for Revenue and Rehabilitation, Mr. Raman Bhalla, Minister for CA&PD, Mr. Qamar Ali Akhoon and Secretary Law, Mr. G. M. 
Tantray attended the meeting. 
The meeting held threadbare discussion on the subject. 
The Sub-Committee had earlier also discussed the recommendations in its meetings held on January 28th, 2011 and June 1st, 2011, August 8th, 2011 and December 27th 2011. 
The Justice Sagheer led working group is the V working group constituted by the Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh to address various dimensions of the Center-State relations.
