Bungling in BPL Ration Cards and MGNERGA, JKPCC Leader Hari Singh Alleged .alleged


GNS JAMMU (Purmandal) May  09:   A meeting of Block Congress Committee Purmandal was held at  village Patti in which the problems of area were highlighted. The meeting was presided over by  Vice President PCC Thakur Hari Singh.

Speaking on the occasion Thakur Hari Singh said that there was a general complaint that most of the MGNERGA card holders did not get work under this scheme for the last five months and there were also complaints of misappropriation of funds in this scheme.

He said that the bungling galore in the Blow Poverty Line (BPL) ration cards. It is reported that the actual poor people have been left in the process while the others who do not deserve, find place in the BPL level and are getting BPL ration. He demanded revive and recheck, to ensure that not a single deserving case should be left in the process.

He also demanded a Sub Primary Health Center at village Patti to provide the best basic healthcare facilities to people of the area.
Prominent among those who spoke in the meeting included S/Shri Onkar Singh, Subtanter Singh, Harbans Lal Sharma, Kuldip Raj-Panch, Mulkh Raj, Uttam Chand, Gopal Chand, Parshotam Dass, Jagdish Raj & others.
