Mufti, Mehbooba greet KPs on eve of Khir Bhawani festival

GNS Jammu, May 27: Patron of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Mufti Mohammad Sayeed and president of PDP Mehbooba Mufti have greeted Kashmiri Pandits on the auspicious occasion of the Khir Bhawani festival.

In a message, PDP leaders said that Khir Bhawani festival is a shining example of communal harmony and brotherhood for which Jammu and Kashmir has been known for centuries past.

While praying for the peace and prosperity of the State on this occasion, PDP leaders hoped that the Kashmiri Pandits would be very soon living with their Muslim brethren in the Valley as they had been living together since centuries. They said that Kashmiri Pandits are part and parcel of the composite culture of Kashmir.
