Kalygi father commits rape on stepdaughter

GNS Jammu July 26: In an inhuman act, a Kalygi father committed rape on his step daughter when she was alone at home in Ajitnagar( Gadigarh) under Satwari Police station.
Report said that 19 year old girl along with her mother on Thursday reported the matter to p olice that on Wednesday night step father of the girl committed rape on her when mother and other family members were away from house to attend a function. The step father Jaspal Singh caught hold step daughter finding her alone and committed rape on her. He threatened her in case she told any thing some one he will kill him and her mother also. The girl remained tight lipped under threat and next day when Jaspal Singh went out, the girl narrated her tale of woe to the mother. After listening the whole episode mother took the girl to police station and reported the matter there. Police took the girl for medical examination and registered a case FIR 146 under section 376, 511 RPC and laid hunt of the accused. Police in the evening raided and arrested accused Jaspal singh when he was about to flee from city.
During verification it was learned that Jaspal Singh was resident of Rehari and solemnized 2nd marriage with a lady of Ajitnagar and now he was putting up in Ajitnagar with her.
