Non-bailable warrant against Nayeem Khan executed Court remands him to Judicial Custody


GNS Srinagar, February 08: Sub-Judge Pattan remands Nayeem Khan to judicial custody and was shifted to Central Jail Srinagar.
Police executed a non-bailable warrant issued by Hon’ble Sub-Judge, Pattan against Nayeem Khan. A case FIR No: 5/2000 under section 13 ULA was registered in Police Station Pattan against Nayeem Khan. The Challan of the case was produced in the court of Sub-Judge Pattan in the year 2008.Hon’ble Court had issued a non-bailable warrant against him which was executed today by police and he was produced before the Hon’ble Court. The Court remanded him to Judicial custody and on the directions of the court he was shifted to Central Jail, Srinagar.
