                 DVOs themselves have cases pending against them or under investigation By Sunny Sangral   GNS JAMMU, : At a time when Chief Minister Omar Abdullah is making tall claims of fighting corruption in Jammu and Kashmir through State Vigilance Organisation (SVO), there are several Department Vigilance Officers (DVO)s against whom cases of corruption are pending.  This has been relived by a RTI filed by a activist recently.  As per the reply of the state government, M. L Raina, ACD Jammu (Divisional Level DVO for RDD), has a FIR No. 23/97 P/S VOJ pending against him for alleged misappropriation of funds during his tenure as ADC Poonch.
