PDP Youth Lambasted the NC Government on corruption

GNS Reporter:A meeting of PDP Youth Wing was held in PDP office Gandhi Nagar under the Chairmanship of Rajinder Manhas, Vice President PDP Youth Wing. While speaking on the occasion Mr. Manhas lambasted the State Government on corruption. He said that there is every where corruption in every sphere of life. The present glaring example is cash for vote by BJP MLAs who voted in favour of Congress/NC candidates in recent Council Election with the connivance of Omar led Coalition Government. Due to this the people have lost faith on politicians in general and on NC-Congress-BJP in particular. Mr Nadeem Khan, General Secretary while addressing the gathering said that Youth of the State are frustrated due to the wrong policies of present regime. Inspite of making tall promises by NC Government nothing has been done to readdress the grievances of the Youth. Similarly there is great resentment amongst the Student community. He stressed upon the Youth to strengthen the PDP as it is the only party which can come up to the expectation of general masses in general and youth in particular to solve the their various problems. He also urged that the Youth should fight against the rampant corruption in all fields of life.

                 DVOs themselves have cases pending against them or under investigation By Sunny Sangral   GNS JAMMU, : At a time when Chief Minister Omar Abdullah is making tall claims of fighting corruption in Jammu and Kashmir through State Vigilance Organisation (SVO), there are several Department Vigilance Officers (DVO)s against whom cases of corruption are pending.  This has been relived by a RTI filed by a activist recently.  As per the reply of the state government, M.
