50 years old woman was raped

GNS Rajouri ;In a shocking incident ,an elderly woman of about 50years age was allegedly raped by a young man in village Chudhary Nar by her neighbor. Police has arrested the accused and further investigation was in progress . Police sources said , a fifty years old widow of village Chaoudhari Nar was allegedly raped by her neighbor. Though the said lady has reported the matter to police only yesterday , but interestingly she has been found pregnant. Despite registering the rape case police is also looking possibility of mutual consent . Giving details , SHO Police station RajouriDavinderKatoch said that they have registered a case on the complaint of the victim and accused has been arrested . He said on 8th November an elderly woman who is also widow and mother of two approached to police along with other villagers and complained that she was raped by one MohamadIsmayel son of Mohammad Amin of village Choudhari Nar Rajouri . Police has resgistered a case in this regard vide FIR no 586 /2011 dated 8/11/2011 under section 376 and the investigation was in progress . He said for medical examination and DNA test , the victim was being sent to Jammu Medical College . It is pertinent to mention here that the accused is of 18 year old and a student . Sources said the whole of the picture will come out only after the DNA test of the woman who is pregnant also .
