Several leaders joined Congress

GNS JAMMU : Mr. Romal Singh-district President NCP and Mr. Shakti Singh-Secretary NCP alongwith their supporters today joined Congress party at PCC HQ. Shaheedi Chowk, Jammu , in presence of Thakur Hari Singh-Vice President JKPCC, Anil Pachiala-Working President DCC Udhampur, D.S.Langeh-Working President DCC Jammu (U), Inayatullah Rathar-President DCC Kulgam, J.L.Kaul-President BCC and others.

Speaking on the occasion both the leaders expressed their full faith over the policies and programmes of Congress party and its leadership Smt. Sonia Gandhi, Dr. Manmohan Singh, Shri Rahul Gandhi and President JK PCC Prof. Saifuddin Soz-MP. They said Congress is the only secular force in Jammu and Kashmir which enjoys support in all three regions of the state and has always taken care of the interests of people of all sections of the society.

GNS RAJOURI : The way opposition People's Democratic Party (PDP) led by former JK Chief Minister and erstwhile union home minister, Mufti Mohammad Sayed has been emerging as a force in the border region of Poonch , Rajouri, is really a worrying situation for Congress and National Conference . We are bound to taking action against erring CRPF personnel” DC Srinagar GNS Srinagar, March 07 : Coming down heavily on unbridled CRPF personnel for ransacking houses and religious places, Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Dr Asghar Samoon Thursday appealed people to contact District administration in case CRPF personnel indulge in ransacking houses in any area. Meanwhile Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, Baseer Ahmed Khan said that he will look into the matter and will try to find out where ransacking has taken place.“Strict action will be taken against the erring CRPF personnel. I fail to understand how they act independently when standard operating procedures (SOP) have been set for them.
