معمر قدافی کو جس بہیمانہ انداز اور سفاکیت کے ساتھ زیر حراست قتل کیا گیا ہے وہ انتہائی مذموم ہے اور ایسے اقدامات کی ہر حال میں نفی کی جانی چاہئے جمہوریت ،انصاف،برابری،انسانیت پسندی،عدم تشدد،رواداری کا قانون ہر جگہ ایک ہونا چاہئے۔محمد یاسین ملک 21/اکتوبر /سرینگر / لیبیا کے صدر معمر قدافی کو جس بہیمانہ انداز اور سفاکیت کے ساتھ زیر حراست قتل کیا گیا ہے وہ انتہائی مذموم ہے اور ایسے اقدامات کی ہر حال میں نفی کی جانی چاہئے۔ ہمارا ماننا ہے کہ برُی جمہوریت اچھی آمریت سے ہر حال میں بہتر ہوتی ہے لیکن جس بربریت کے ساتھ معمر قدافی کو زیر حراست قتل کیا گیا وہ عالمی اَمن اور اِستحکام نیز عالمی قوانین کے منافی ہے۔ ان باتوں کا اظہار جموں کشمیر لبریشن فرنٹ کے چیئرمین جناب محمد یاسین ملک نے آج پریس کےلئے جاری کئے گئے اپنے ایک بیان میں کیا ہے۔یاسین صاحب نے کہا کہ لیبیا کے معمر قدافی ہوں کہ دنیا کا کوئی اور متنفس ،کسی کو بھی حراست میں لےکر قتل کردینا دہشت گردی ہے۔ایسے مذموم اقدامات کو اَگر دنیا نے یوں ہی قبول اور GLAMORISEکرنا شروع کردیا تو دنیا میں حقیقی اَمن کا خواب ،خواب بن کر ہی رہ جائے گا۔ یاسین صاحب

If you can raise the price because you have to wait for the money; then money can grow because of time. That is Riba. Money cannot grow because of time. So a credit transaction is permissible; provided that the credit price and the cash price are the same. There can be no increase in credit price over cash price. Govt. to introduce special subject in school curriculum from next academic session By Tahir Mushtaq GNS JAMMU,Oct : With rising number of school children experimenting with the cigarettes at the early age, education department has decided to introduce special subject 'hazards of smoking and drug addiction' in the curriculum from primary to higher secondary level from next academic session. These way governments want to create awareness among the children about the dangers of the smoking. Though the J&K has already banned the smoking and selling of products outside the educational institutions but still this restriction is not proving enough to curb the smoking among the children.
