Condolence Meet At PDP Office Rajouri

GNS RAJOURI JUNE 04  :  A condolence meeting was held at People Democrati Party ( PDP) District Office Rajouri  under the chairmanship of Abdul Qayoom Dar   in which deep shock and grief was. expressed over the untimely demise Mr. Mr Khalid Malik Elder Brother Of Gulzar Malik Residence Ward No . 8 Rajouri.  In the meeting  prayed to almighty God to grant peace to the departed soul in heaven and courage to bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss and conveyed  heartfelt condolences to the members of bereaved family. Prominent among those who condoled  the death included ,Maqsood Rahi, Shafqat Wani,Tazeem Dar,Sofi Waheed Mir, Rashid Khan,Mohd Ayoub Wani, Haji Rafiq Lone ,Nasrullah Mirza ,Ishtiaq Bhat and other.

                                    GNS Baramulla, JUNE 03 : Describing youth as future of the nation, Former Minister and Member AICC Abdul Gani Vakil today said country has high hopes on its younger generation and they have to play a bigger role in the process of Nation building. He said youth are strength of the Nation and should come together and join hands to become stakeholders in the decision making process of the country. “Just as future of any house is dependant on its younger generation, similarly for the congress party, youth are the hope for tomorrow,” he added. PDP membership from June 6

GNS SRINAGAR, JUNE 3: District president of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Anantnag, Peer Mohammad Hussain along with senior leaders of the party today convened meeting of party workers at Anantnag to review preparation for the membership drive of the party. Membership of PDP is going to start on June 6. Hussain, while addressing the meeting, called upon the workers to actively participate in the drive to ensure maximum number of members. He said that membership drive is the best opportunity to educate the grass-root level workers and common masses about the programmes and policies of the party. supports agitating NYC volunteers, Bhat visits dharna site

GNS SRINAGAR, JUNE 3: To express solidarity with the agitating volunteers of National Youth Corps (NYC), senior leader of PDP and MLA Bandipora, Nizam-ud-Din today visited the Partap Park- where NYC volunteers are sitting on indefinite hunger strike in support of their demands. Mr Bhat sat on the dharna with the agitating volunteers and asked the government to revoke its decision to disengage services of these volunteers. He regretted that over 8000 NYC volunteers, who were engaged in the year 2010, were thrown out of their job abruptly. He asked that if services of these volunteers were required for two years why not their services should be continued for future also. He said that government should solve this problem on humanitarian ground. He said that over 8000 NYC have rendered their services for two years and there is need their services should also be continued to utilize their experiences.
