Police Public Meet Organised by JKAP 6th Bn. Zewan, Srinagar

GNS Reporter; A Police Public Meet was organised by JKAP 6th Bn. at Armed Police complex Zewan, which was presided over by Deputy Inspector General of Armed Police Kashmir Range Shri Rauf-ul-Hassan IPS and was attended by a Galaxy of police officers. A large gathering of people from areas of Aripora, Zewan, Khanmoh, Zawoora, Baihama etc participated in the meet where in a very healthy interaction took place between the police officers and civilians. The Commandant JKAP 6th Bn. Shri Mohd Yousuf Shah threw light on the need of healthy police public relations in his inaugural address. He informed the gathering about the various goodwill programmes undertaken for the welfare of the people by the police department through civic action programme which was well received by the audience. But things are not as bright as shown in the advertisement.
