 GNS  SRINAGAR , JUNE 7: To assess the problems being faced by the residents of different towns, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) reached out to the urban areas of the state. PDP president Mehooba Mufti visited many towns of South Kashmir and interacted with large number of the people and had the ground assessment of the hardships being faced by the people due to lack of basic civic amenities in these areas. While interacted with PDP chief at Pampore, people complained said that there is a LPG filling station in Pampore but the people of the town lacks the facility of a gas counter which could fulfill the needs of the town. Furthermore people also complained about prevailing mess due to traffic congestion resulting into lot of problems to the shopkeepers. They also complained regarding the damages caused to the production of world famous Saffron due to high tension wires which pass through the Saffron fields. GNS JAMMU JUNE 07 :Ld Principal session judge , jammu granted bail to one shiv sagar in case titled as shiv sagar v/s state  u/s 420/467/468/471/201 RPC. The facts of the case are on 25.4.2012, the complainant lodged a written report to the police stating there in that the petitioner has created an embezzlement of Rs.  7.66 lacs by diverting the other pensioner's pension arrears into the fictitious account which he has opened in the name of his wife in PNB, Miran Sahib (fictitiously) . Ld Principal session judge, Jang Bahadur Singh Jamwal after hearing counsel for petitioner adv Shaveta Choudhary granted bail on the grounds the challan has been presented before the court .so, further continuation of the petitioner will not serve any purpose and will not be good in the administration of justice .thereafter, petitione released from custody after furnishing bail bond of Rs. 1.00 lac .
