The chief spokesman of the party Naeem Akhtar said here it was understandable that the government whose head treated his people with contemptuous tweets on mounting water, power and electricity problems should deny even what the CAG has observed in no uncertain terms. Inviting the attention of the finance minister to the para no 3.10.4 of the CAG report for the year 2010-2011 Naeem said Abdur Rahim Rather who has a reputation for being a man of ridiculous detail has for obvious reasons of survival jumped in defense of his boss who is directly responsible for the inefficiency in R&B, education, power and planning apart from an overall governance paralysis. The report clearly says under ominously titled par
