Ahsan Mirza nominated as President Young Layers Association Rajouri



GNS RAJOURI 28 MAR. : In order to raise the esteem and for the Welfare of the Bar at Rajouri. The elections were held at District Court Complex Rajouri to constitute Young Lawyers Association . The Association is constituted Under the supervision of Sr. Advocates including advocate Khaliq Firdous,Adv. Junad Choudhary and Adv. Amit Gupta. During the smooth Conduct of the process, Adv. Ahsan Mirza With one voice has been unanimously elected as the President. Other officer bearers includes Adv. Parwaz Mir as Sr. Vice President, Adv. Ankush Gupta and Adv. Tanvir Sheikh as Vice Presidents, Adv. Shoket Ali as General Secretary, Adv. Shashi Kanth as Secretary, Adv. Shivangi Kant as Spokes Persons, Adv. Mumtaz Choudhary as Cashier, Adv. Ashfaq Mir as org. Secretary and Adv. Shazad Rahi as Press Secretar.
Briefing the media, Adv. Ahsan Mirza Claimed that the Associtation is being formed with the sole motive for the welfare of community in general, and Bar in particular. Mr Mirza took as the high aim for developing the Bar complex from every point of view. Beside that the Association shall provide free legal Aid, Shall organise legal Awareness Camps, Shall Aware the Masses about the legal rights, particularly the rights of the women, Children and sr. citizens he added.While speaking on the occasion Adv. Shoket Ali informed that the Association also aims to contests free cases for the downtrodden and believe in joint regulation to the professional complexities.
The other prominent executive members of the Association are Adv. Mumtaz Ahmed, Adv. Manzoor Choudhary, Adv. Supriya Sassan, Adv. Muzzafar Choudhary, Adv. Farooq Choudhary, Adv. Safder Mirza, Adv. Sajjad Ahmed, Adv. Dushyant Sharma, Adv Sharaz Malik and Adv. Maqsood Ahmed.

PCC General Secretary Vinod Sharma met Div. Com. Apprised about the problem of electric supply in Jammu city.

 GNS  Jammu , June 05:  A deputation led by PCC General Secretary Mr. Vinod Sharma met the Divisional Commissioner Jammu and apprised him about the problem of electric supply in Jammu city. Mr. Sharma said that there are long cuts in the electric supply in the urban areas of Jammu especially in Jammu East and Jammu West. He said that the children and old aged are falling ill due to long cuts in electric supply during scorching heat. He said that the scheduled fixed by the department for power cuts i.e three hours for metered areas and eight hours for non metered areas stands no were. There are long scheduled and unscheduled power cuts and people are facing great hardships. Divisional Commissioner Jammu gave patient hearing to the deputation and assured them that he will look into the matter personally and keep in touch with the concerned authorities for regular supply of electricity. PDP Legislature Party concerns over, prevailing situation in Kashmir Valley

GNS  Jammu, March  07: Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has expressed serious concern over the indiscriminate arrest and other coercive measures resorted to by the government in an unsuccessful effort to quell protests in Kashmir.
