Mini Bus turns turtle at Rajouri 2 passengers killed 32 injured in a Accident

GNS RAJOURI  June 11th: In a tragic road accident two persons were killed while at least thirty two passengers were injured some them critically wounded , when a Mini Bus (Matador) in which they were travelling in skidded off the road and turned turtle at Tandwal Thandi Kassi under the jurisdiction of Police Station Rajouri this morning.
The ill fated Matador bearing registration Nojk11/3383 carrying about 34 passengers was on its way from Pallain to Rajouri when reached at Tanwal bridge , the driver of the ill fated vehicle lost his control over the vehicle due to which it collided with the pillar of bridge and turned turtle resulting in 34 passengers sustained injuries. Out of the injured persons the three critically wounded have been shifted to GMC Jammu for specialized treatment owing to their critical condition .
Soon-after receiving the information about the accident, SP Rajouri rushed to the spot along with heavy contingent of Police personnel and started rescue operation, SP Rajouri was personally supervised rescue operation. The occupants of the vehicle have been evacuated and rushed to district hospital Rajouri where from three seriously injured passengers were rushed to GMC Jammu for specialised treatment out of them two succumbed their injuries on the way while another one Mohd Qayoom s/o Mohd Latif r/o Nablain Rajouri was admitted in GMC Jammu.
The deceased have been identified as Mohd Akseer s/o Noor Hussain r/o Dhara Sangla and Mohd Sadhiq s/o Mohd Sain r/o Palolia
However, the injured admitted in DH Rajouri have been identified as Talib Hussain s/o Faqir Mohd r/o Palolia, Mohd Zaman s/o Hassan Mohd r/o Palolia, Mohd Hanief s/o Hassan Mohd r/o Palolia, Fatima w/o Mohd Taj r/o Nambla, Karamat bi w/o Mohd Hanif r/o Palolia, Shamim Akhter w/o Munir Hussain r/o Palolia,Parviaz Akhter s/o Talib Hussain r/o Palolia, Maroof s/o Mohd Ashraf r/o Nambla, Nageen d/o Mohd Taj r/o Nambla, Liyakat Hussain s/o Mohd Ashraf r/o Nambla , Wazir Huusain r/o Nambal , Mophd Azad s/o Mohd Sharief r/o Nambal, Gudi begum d/o Sayed Mohd r/o Nambal, Mohd Sadiq s/o Mohd Hussain r/o Sambyan , Mushtaq Hussain s/o Wazir Hussain r/o Palolia, Ibrahim s/o Salam Mohd r/o Dhara Sambla, Talib Hussain s/o Ab. PCC General Secretary Vinod Sharma met Div. Com. Apprised about the problem of electric supply in Jammu city.

 GNS  Jammu , June 05:  A deputation led by PCC General Secretary Mr. Vinod Sharma met the Divisional Commissioner Jammu and apprised him about the problem of electric supply in Jammu city. Mr. Sharma said that there are long cuts in the electric supply in the urban areas of Jammu especially in Jammu East and Jammu West. He said that the children and old aged are falling ill due to long cuts in electric supply during scorching heat. He said that the scheduled fixed by the department for power cuts i.e three hours for metered areas and eight hours for non metered areas stands no were. There are long scheduled and unscheduled power cuts and people are facing great hardships.
